| Sapphire Pools Awarded International Gold |
Sapphire Pools, a Western Australian company, was awarded gold in the highly prestigious The Association for Pool & Spa Professionals (APSP) Awards for Excellence in Las Vegas, Nevada recently.
Winning the gold in Residential Fibreglass Pool Division, Sapphire’s Imperial model showed a unique ability to optimise smaller spaces with the winner being installed on a strata lot.
“The shape of the pool worked well with the area…one and a half metres was left around the pool and there was even room for a sitting area” says the owner of the gold-winning pool, Deonne Clark.
As the main feature of the owner’s outdoor entertaining area, the pool’s contemporary surrounds cleverly create a sense of spaciousness in the small area. Well placed lighting gives the area a warm, relaxing feel at night.
The Imperial is one of Sapphire’s most popular designs and features wide entry steps that allow you to enter the pool into either the shallow or the deep end. A safety ledge around the edge provides added peace of mind and security.
Showcasing the most beautiful and creative work in the pool and spa industry, the APSP International Awards of Excellence have acknowledged that a Western Australian company has what it takes in the international market.
The results were recently made available outside of America after the awards ceremony in Las Vegas on the 19th of November.
