When we are preparing our budget, what should we consider making allowances for?
As you can appreciate, there are many items to consider making allowances for, some you may wish to budget for now, others you may decide to add at a later date. Initially we always recommend a visit to your home by one of our Design Consultants who can provide expert advice on areas including:

• Pool location site conditions
• Swimming pool specifications
• Pool filtration systems
• Pool fencing requirements
• Retaining walls
• Pool heating
• Header courses and paving

We are building a new home. What should we be considering at this stage?
This is the perfect time to consider installing a pool. We suggest the following:

• Have your own ideas on where you would like to have the pool located in your backyard
  
• Talk to us with your house plans so we can confirm that your chosen location will be the best position
  
• We can offer you advice on any ground work preparations and other areas that you need to give consideration to, such as ease of site access, security and fencing requirements, power requirements and sewer connections.

What type, colour and size of pool should we choose?
There are so many variables when making your choice of pool. Your choice will depend on factors such as the size of your block and its ease of access. It is important to make sure that the pool you select is made from the highest quality materials available incorporating the latest in swimming pool technology. At Sapphire Pools each customer is taken through a customer checklist to ensure all needs are addressed.

If we are too busy to visit a display centre, can a consultant visit our home?
Certainly! One of our Design Consultants will happily arrange to visit you at home at a time convenient to you. Our consultants will carry out a comprehensive site inspection and provide you with an assessment of areas including site access, site conditions, soil type, location of existing landscaping and reticulation, location of sewerage connections and existing power supply.

What is the pool installation process once the purchase has been made?
Sapphire Pools has designed a proven customer co-ordination program to assist the pool installation process. You will be allocated a Customer Liaison Officer who will contact you regarding the steps involved in installing your pool. You will also be allocated an Installation Co-ordinator and together they will ensure the installation of your pool runs as smoothly as possible.
